Hannibal Arts Council to host free piano concert Sunday

The Hannibal Arts Council will host a free piano concert by Leonora Suppan-Gehrich at 2 p.m. today, at the Hannibal Arts Council, 105 S. Main.

The concert will feature piano solo works by Debussy, Beethoven, Liszt and Chopin.

Suppan-Gehrich is artist-in-residence at Quincy University. She graduated from the Academy of Music in Vienna and did post graduate studies at the conservatories of music in Warsaw, Poland and Venice, Italy. She also holds a Master's Degree and Performer Certificate from Indiana University-Bloomington.
