Married Sept. 5, 2009

Madison Park Christian Church was the setting for the Sept. 5 wedding of Miss Stevie Lee Arnold and Cody Lee Bainter, both of Quincy.

The bride is a daughter of Rick Arnold of Quincy and Darren and Tonya Bullard of Mendon. The bridegroom is a son of Tony and Peggy Bainter of Barry and Mike and Mara Gross of St. Louis.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents; Chuck Sackett conducted the 3 p.m. ceremony. Music was provided by Lacey Phillips. Holly Bullard, stepsister of the bride, and Sheriden Kiefaber were scripture readers.

Maids of honor were Amanda Mellenthin, sister of the bride, and Marissa Knight. Bridesmaids were Deena Schulz, Adrienne Biro, Heidi Hartman, Kristi Wells and Danielle Steinkamp.

Best men were Floyd Bainter, brother of the bridegroom, and Brandon Arnold, brother of the bride. Groomsmen were Warren Riley, Shaun Newbrough, Nick Robertson, Tyler Clark and Brandon Barnhart.

Ushers were Travis Kendrick, cousin of the bride, and Ryan Gilker.

Flower girl was Makenzie Mellenthin, niece of the bride, and ring bearers were Korbin and Kray Bainter, nephews of the bridegroom.

Marissa Knight and Amanda Mellenthin hosted a rehearsal dinner Sept. 4 in the church. A reception was held in Microtel Inn and Suites.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Unity High School and attends John Wood Community College. She is a server at the Lakeview Restaurant and Patio Bar and a cashier at Hy-Vee Food Store.

The bridegroom is a 2006 graduate of Seymour High School in Payson. He is a food sanitation certified manager in training at Taco Bell.
