The parents of Mary Elizabeth Goodapple and Patrick O'Malley Martin have announced the couple's engagement.

She is a daughter of Rick and Margie Goodapple of 2315 Elm. He is a son of Hal and Sally Martin of Satellite Beach, Fla.

The bride-elect, of Melbourne, Fla., is a 2000 graduate of Quincy High School and attends Brevard Community College. She is employed by Bealls Department Store.

The prospective bridegroom, also of Melbourne, graduated from Satellite High School, attends Brevard Community College and is employed by Wal-Mart.

The couple plan to be married June 18, 2010.
