Lynn and Beth Anderson of 15 Fair Oaks, Hannibal, Mo., have announced the engagement of their daughter, Sara Anderson, to Mark Reuschel of 2019 Jackson. He is a son of Greg and Sue Reuschel of Astoria.

The bride-elect is a 2001 graduate of Hannibal High School and a 2005 graduate of Hannibal-LaGrange College. She is a marketing assistant for Simmetry Communications.

The prospective bridegroom is a 1999 graduate of Astoria High School and a graduate of Southern Illinois University-Carbondale. He is a group project manager at State Street Bank.

An Oct. 10 wedding is planned in Holy Family Church in Hannibal.
