Mr. and Mrs. Christopher Lee Potter are at home in Quincy after honeymooning in Negril, Jamaica.
Mr. Potter and the former Sarah Marie Novinger ex-changed wedding vows April 9 on the beach at Couples Swept Away Resort in Negril.
The bride is a daughter of Randy and Pam-ela Novinger of LaGrange, Mo. The bridegroom is a son of Ann Mitchell and Mike and Mel-anie Potter of Quincy.
Matron of honor was Amy Cannady of Davenport, Iowa. Bridesmaid was Lisa Novinger of Kansas City, Mo., sister-in-law of the bride.
Best man was Ryan Cannady of Davenport. Groomsman was Kevin Novinger of Kansas City, brother of the bride.
A reception was held April 19 in the Ambiance.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Culver-Stockton College and a 2007 graduate of Saint Louis University. Mrs. Potter is a school social worker for the Quincy Public School District.
The bridegroom is a 2004 graduate of Western Illinois University and is employed by Terribles Mark Twain Casino.
The bridal couple were honored with a bridal shower in February, hosted by the bridegroom's family, and a shower in March, hosted by Jackie Raleigh.
