Miss Andrea Lorelle Bruns and Ian Patrick Foss were married at 3:30 p.m. April 5 in Holy Cross Lutheran Church in Golden.
The bride, of Mount Sterling Route 4, is a daughter of Carolyn Janssen of Carthage and Paul and Jo Bruns of 2773 N. 2400th, Golden. The bridegroom is a son of Gary and Candy Foss of Camp Point.
Mr. Bruns gave his daughter in marriage; the Rev. Mike Grieve officiated. Music was provided by Karen Dickhut, organist; Jessica Pittman and Josh Farlow, vocalists; and Kelsey Horner, guitarist.
Maid of honor was Alyssa Bruns of Glen Carbon, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Randi Humes of Clayton, cousin of the bride; Miriah Bruns of Golden, sister of the bride; Ashley Zimmerman of Coatsburg; and Bethany Foss of Urbana, sister of the bridegroom. Junior bridesmaid was Mikayla Janssen of Carthage, sister of the bridegroom.
Best man was Aaron Stephens of Golden. Groomsmen were Drew Smith of Columbia, Mo., Adam Grattan of Macomb, Tracy Rhea of Camp Point and Travis Boylen of Auburn. Junior groomsman was Tyler Bruns of Golden, brother of the bride.
Flower girls were Lynnea Janssen and Sharadyn Janssen of Carthage, sisters of the bride. Ring bearer was Jackson Bruns of Golden, nephew of the bride.
The bridegroom's parents hosted a rehearsal dinner April 4 at Indian Trails Golf Course in Camp Point. A reception began at 6:30 p.m. in the Quincy Senior and Family Resource Center.
The newlyweds are at home at Mount Sterling Route 4.
The bride attended Western Illinois University and is employed by Dot Foods as a Dot Expressway customer development representative.
The bridegroom attended WIU and is a telecommunicator for the Illinois State Police.
