Mr. and Mrs. Cory James Call are at home in Ursa after their marriage June 14 at the Mark Twain Landing Resort in Monroe City, Mo.

The bride is the former Sharona Qrushell Smith of Ursa, daughter of Dolores Blackford of Hunnewell, Mo., and Robert Smith of Cheyenne, Wyo. The bridegroom, also of Ursa, is a son of Connie Beckman of Kansas City, Mo., and Jimmy Call of Quincy.

The 4:30 p.m. ceremony was conducted by Kevin Blew; the bride was given in marriage by her father.

Maid of honor was Bobbi Jo "Pokey" Dorsey, sister of the bride. Bridesmaids were Dana Goodwin and Dashonia Brooks.

Best man was David Winebrenner. Groomsmen were Joey Call and Cameron Collin, brothers of the bridegroom.

Ushers were Dylan Willingham, cousin of the bride, and Jonathan Jenkins.

Flower girl was Kailey Goodwin and ring bearers were Wyatt Call, son of the bridal couple, and Ron Dorsey, nephew of the bride.

A rehearsal dinner was held June 13 in the resort banquet hall. On the wedding day, a brunch was held at 10 a.m., and a reception immediately followed the ceremony in the resort banquet hall.

The bride graduated from Highland High School in May 1999 and is a full-time mom.

The bridegroom earned a general equivalency diploma and is an apprentice A and P at Air Spectrum.
