Miss Emily Ann Whitney and Corey Victor Muscavitz, both of Laconia, N.H., were united in marriage May 23 in Faith Presbyterian Church in Quincy.

The bride is a daughter of Russell and Cynthia Gordon of 715 Payson Ave. The bridegroom is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Muscavitz of Moultonborough, N.H.

The bride was given in marriage by her parents during the 6 p.m. ceremony conducted by Major James Friye. Music was provided by Mett Morris and Todd Rost. Scripture readers were Earl and Trish Wiseman of Payson, godparents of the bride.

Maid of honor was Meagan Elledge of Quincy. Matron of honor was Mary Carver of Center Harbor, N.H. Bridesmaids were Rebecca Gordon of Quincy, sister of the bride, and Catey Hellige, Kylie Baker, Suzanne Wear and Regina Morris, all of Quincy.

Best men were Matt Muscavitz and Don Muscavitz of Moultonborough, brothers of the bridegroom. Groomsmen were Stephen "Brady" Whitney of Quincy, brother of the bride; Jon Carver of Center Harbor; Jordan DeLonjay and Dan Nelson, both of Quincy; and Phillip Dowell of Tioga.

Ushers were Gale Sheehan, Craig Heming and Daniel Hellige of Quincy.

Flower girls were Kendall Batterton and Sylvia Baker of Quincy, goddaughters of the bride. Ring bearer was Gage Elledge and honorary ring bearer was John Baker, both of Quincy and godsons of the bride.

The bride's grandparents, Jerry and Karen Whitney of Quincy, hosted a rehearsal dinner May 22 in Washington Perk. A reception was held from 7 p.m. to midnight in Turner Hall.

After honeymooning in Hollywood, Fla., the newlyweds are at home in Laconia.

The bride is a 2004 graduate of Quincy High School and attended Quincy University from 2004-2007. She will resume early education major classes in the fall at Southern New Hampshire University. Mrs. Muscavitz is an inventory control specialist at Jo-Ann Fabrics in Belmont, N.H.

The bridegroom is a 2001 graduate of Moultonborough Academy and graduated from New Hampshire Community Technical College in 2003 with an associate's degree emphasis in General Motors Automotive Service Educational Program. Mr. Muscavitz is employed by Cantin Chevrolet-Cadillac in Laconia.
