It's easy, but not right, to blame one man for all of nation's ills

To The Herald-Whig:

I read the two articles by Peter J. Burns and Jim Burns concerning our president, George Bush.

Most of us get tired of a few people blaming all of our woes on the president. He alone can do nothing. The Congress passes the laws and should take responsibility for their actions. It is always easy if we make mistakes to blame someone else. It takes a great person to admit they were wrong. Many times we act on things that seem right when we do them and later on find things were not quite what we thought.

Let's not forget the 2,000-plus people that were killed by the Muslim group and their hate for Christians. I think most of us in America have Christian beliefs and will defend them against any Muslim extremists.

Also I say hurray to a proud American that wears an American flag pin and is not afraid to show loyalty to our country by saluting our flag if a veteran or hand on heart if a civilian.
