The bride is the former Laura Nicole Atterberg of Quincy, daughter of Tracy Atterberg of Quincy and the late Cheri Atterberg. The bridegroom, also of Quincy, is a son of Wayne and Pam Sievert of Lockport. The bride was given in marriage by her father during the ceremony conducted by Kevin McGinnis. Music was provided by the Quincy Senior High School String Quartet and Choir with Kathleen Dooley. Also participating in the ceremony were Chris Atterberg and Kearn Kirkwood, readers; the bride's grandmothers, Betty Ward, who lit a memory candle, and Lee Ligeroit, both of Keokuk, Iowa; and the bridegroom's grandmother, Evelyn Anderson of Dyer, Ind. Maid of honor was Brandi Atterberg, sister of the bride, and matron of honor was Kate Schumacher. Bridesmaid was Amanda Vail.
