The Hancock County Sheriff's Department reports a westbound 2005 Chevrolet 1500 truck driven by Warren Miller, 22, collided with the rear of a westbound 2004 Chevrolet van driven by William Mills, 68, of Peoria, which had stopped in traffic while waiting to make a left turn. There were personal injuries, but police did not indicate if one or both drivers were injured, and additional information was not available by late morning.
