Angel N. Phillips, 24, declined treatment at the scene from emergency personnel. The Hancock County Sheriff's Department reports a white 1999 Chrysler Cirrus was eastbound on Ill. 61 about one-quarter mile east of 2700 East County Road, or about two miles west of Augusta, when it left the north side of the road, struck a ditch, hit a field entrance and became airborne.
