Mr. Haugh and the former Judy Sohn were married July 6, 1968, in St. Francis Catholic Church. Mrs. Haugh is a daughter of the late Harold C. and Gert Sohn. Mr. Haugh is a son of Alma Haugh of Quincy and the late Francis J. Haugh. They are the parents of Timothy Haugh and his wife, Jenny, of New York City, Kimberly Haugh of St. Louis and Jared Haugh and his wife, Elizabeth, of Quincy.
