They were married June 29, 1968, in Immanuel Baptist Church in Quincy. Mrs. Brammer is the former Janet Rowe, daughter of Larry and Ann Rowe of Hannibal. Mr. Brammer is a son of Dalene Bergman of Kahoka, Mo., and the late Leon Brammer. They are the parents of Brian and his wife, Lori, of Ellenton, Fla.
