Mr. Schutte and the former Donna Eftink were married June 23, 1973. Mrs. Schutte is a daughter of the late Fred and Evelyn Eftink. Mr. Schutte is a son of Dorothy Schutte and the late Herman Schutte. They are the parents of Dana Reynolds and her husband, Jason, of Columbia, Mo., Deanna Church and her husband, Kent, of Keokuk, Iowa, and Danielle Doellman and her husband, Scott, of Quincy.
