Miss Anita Kay Ahern and Richard Lee Gallaher, both of Liberty, were united in marriage April 4 in First Congregational Church in Mendon.

The bride is a daughter of Richard and Kathy Ahern of Fowler. The bridegroom is a son of Harry and Sharon Gallaher of Quincy.

The bride was given in marriage by her brother, Richard Ahern, during the 5 p.m. ceremony conducted by Roger Sells.

Attending the bride was Mary Knox. Bridesmaids were Kelly Ahern, Penny Laratta and Kim Kaltubach.

Best man was Dean Rupert. Groomsmen were Phil Gholston, James Hultz and Joe Knox.

Flower girl was Cheyenne Gallaher and ring bearer was Tanner Andrews.

A reception was held from 7 p.m. to midnight in the Eagles Alps.
