Bob and Eileene Anderson of 215 Woodlawn have observed their 60th wedding anniversary. Their family plans a private celebration at a later date.

The couple were married June 19, 1948, in St. Rose Catholic Church.

Mrs. Anderson is a daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Edward Schlangen. Mr. Anderson is a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. William H. Anderson.

They are the parents of Kent (Ann) and Louis (Barb) Anderson, all of Quincy. They have five grandchildren.

Mr. Anderson formerly operated the Broadway Press and enjoys oil painting.

Mrs. Anderson is a graduate of St. Mary School of Nursing.

The Andersons enjoy their home and flower gardens.
