Job Description:
Oversee sales and development of mortgage loan department at all locations. Originate and work closely with originators and processors/closers. Knowledge of Freddie Mac and/or Fannie Mae guidelines required.
Skills Required:
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience would be considered. Prefer individual with 5 years related experience. Extensive knowledge in mortgage loan process is required.

CREDIT ANALYST
Position Summary
Responsible for analyzing and monitoring financial statements and completing ratio, trend, and cash flow analysis. Interact with internal and external customers to obtain information needed and to structure loans to minimize risk. Account monitoring for loan agreement compliance, perform annual reviews and prepare various reports.
Skills Required:
Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent work experience.
Commercial credit underwriting experience and prior credit approval authority preferred.
